Who are nudists?
Nudist Culture While nudity may be the most obvious aspect of nudism, it is actually only a part of a much wider concept. Nudism promotes body acceptance, age acceptance, positive human social interaction, family unity, freedom and self-confidence. Being nude is natural and just plain fun. The enjoyment of nude recreation in appropriate settings can enhance relaxation and enhance mental and physical well being. 
Anyone can be a nudist. Background, age, sex, status, size, shape, and color are all irrelevant when it comes to enjoying the freedom of nudism, which is why it attracts people from all walks of life. In fact most people probably have a co-worker, friend or neighbor who is a nudist and just aren't aware of it.
Nudists are just ordinary people who have discovered that social nudity is a way to find greater acceptance for their entire being - physical, intellectual and emotional.
