Naturism is the practice of complete nudity in a social setting and though nudity is the most obvious aspect of naturism, it is part of a much wider context. Naturism promotes wholesomeness and stability of the human body, mind, and spirit. These come most easily to those who shed the psychological and social encumbrance of clothing, to see and respect the human body as created.
Anyone can be a naturist. Your background, age, shape, race, creed and color are irrelevant when it comes to enjoying the freedom of naturism, which is why it attracts people from all walks of life. Naturists (sometimes also called nudists) practice social nudity, aimed at encouraging self-respect, respect for others and the enviornment. We only enjoy clothes-free activities in the right environment among like-minded naturists.
